Ask Yogi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or amend these Terms which may be communicated via email and require acceptance upon login. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform or the services following such modifications will also be considered an acceptance of the updated Terms.
For the purpose of these Terms and Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires, “You”, “Your”,“Yourself”, “User”, and “Visitor” shall mean and refer to natural and legal individuals who shall be users of this Platform.

ASK YOGI PLATFORM IS INTENDED FOR GLOBAL USE.
  1. SERVICES
    a.
    Ask Yogi Platform employs a technological algorithm that calculates the planetary influence inthe individual’s life using birth details and other data and provides personalized predictions. Ourservice is entirely based on technology and does not involve any human interaction or intervention.
    b.
    The Platform operates on the principles of probability and endeavors to provide Users with insights into potential future events that may assist them in making informed life decisions. ThePlatform provides Users up to one year predictions which include monthly predictions with an overview of up to 3 years. Additionally, the Platform offers predictions covering various categories such as health, wealth, education, career, finances, relationships, children, family,legal matters, and other significant events. Please note, that the predictions related to certain categories may only be annual.
    c.
    Our Platform offers built-in support for multiple language Users with the convenience of accessing and utilizing our services in their preferred language.
  2. REGISTRATION
    a.
    To use our services and access the Platform, you will have to first create a User account on our Platform by entering a valid email address. Users may have to enter a password, birth date, birthtime, etc.
    b.
    When registering on Our Platform You agree to provide true, accurate, updated information about yourself. It shall be your responsibility to keep your information updated and ensure its confidentiality
    c.
    We shall not be responsible for protecting your account login credentials from unauthorized use,and you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to any individual or third party as a result of your failure to safeguard your account login credentials. Further, you will immediately notify Us of any unauthorized use of your account, password, or username, or any other security breach through the Platform at support@askyogi.live.
    d.
    We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if we have good reason to suspect that any information you have provided is false, incorrect, out-of-date, incomplete, or in violation of these terms and conditions or any applicable laws

    Additionally, we reserve the sole right to terminate, suspend, or revoke access to your account orits associated privileges at our discretion, at any time, and without prior notification or obligation.
  3. ELIGIBILITY
    a.
    By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18 years old or have not yet reached the age of legal majority applicable in your jurisdiction, but are at least 13 years old (a "Minor"), you must obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian who has agreed to these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a Minor, you assume full responsibility for their use of thePlatform and any potential legal liabilities that may arise. The platform is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.
    b.
    You represent and warrant that you are competent and eligible to enter into legally binding agreements and that you have the requisite authority to bind yourself to these Terms & Conditions.
    c.
    You further represent that you will comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
    d.
    You shall not use the website if you are not competent to contract or are disqualified from doing so by any applicable law, rule, or regulation currently in force.
  4. USAGE
    This Platform is intended for global use and is accessible to all individuals irrespective of caste,creed, residence, or physical ability. THE PLATFORM IS DESIGNED FOR SELF-USE ANDANY COMMERCIAL USE OF THIS PLATFORM BY THE USERS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.Any disabled person utilizing this platform will be considered a self-user, and any assistance provided by Scribe, a translator and technology narrator, shall also be deemed as self-use.
  5. SUBSCRIPTION OF SERVICES
    a.
    We offer services through three (3) types of subscription plans, viz., Basic, Advanced, And Exclusive Subscription Plans (“Subscription Plans”). The specific details related to the Subscription Plans are as follows:
    • Basic Subscription Plan – This Plan offers Users free access to general predictions and potential yearly events across various life aspects.
    • Advanced Subscription Plan – This plan offers all features included in the Basic Subscription Plan, along with detailed event timing, solutions, significant annual events,and timely notifications.
    • Exclusive Subscription Plan – This Plan includes all features of the Advanced Subscription Plan, as well as monthly predictions, real-time updates on planetary movement updates, and frequent predictive notifications.
    b.
    The Advanced and Exclusive Subscription Plans are paid plans that can be purchased at a payment of certain subscription fees. The subscription fees shall be due and payable at the beginning of the Subscription Period.
    c.
    You must cancel your paid Plan at least 3 days before the next charge date to avoid consequent billing. If you choose to cancel, you may continue to access the paid plan features until the end of your Subscription Period. You will not be charged for the Subscription Service on a recurring basis unless you reactivate the paid plan.
    d.
    Your subscription shall remain in effect unless and until you cancel your subscription according to the terms mentioned herein or we terminate it.
    e.
    The Subscription fee is non-refundable regardless of any early cancellation of the Subscription.We only provide cancellation options according to the Terms herein.
    f.
    We reserve the right to adjust subscription fees or modify subscription plans, at our discretion.By continuing to use the Subscribed plans, you acknowledge and agree to any changes made to subscription fees or plans. If you disagree with these changes, please refrain from subscribing to the Advanced and Exclusive Subscription Plans.
  6. PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS
    a.
    By purchasing the subscription plan, you expressly agree that we are authorized to charge you for the selected plan on the Payment Method you designate
    b.
    Ask Yogi Platform is not a payment processor and does not hold any funds, instead, the Platform uses a third-party payment processing partner/payment service provider to process payments(“Payment Processor”). You acknowledge and agree that the use of Payment Processors is integral to the Services and we exchange information with Payment Processors to facilitate the provision of the Services.
    c.
    By using our Platform, you acknowledge and agree that we need not obtain any of your additional authorization for automatic or recurring payments, provided that you have consented to such payments at the time of subscription.
    d.
    The processing of payments will be subject to the terms and policies of the Payment Processor in addition to these Terms. We shall not be liable for any error committed by the Payment Processor.
  7. OCCASIONAL INTERRUPTION OF SERVICES
    a.
    The Ask Yogi Platform may experience periods of unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues. You understand and agree that the platform is constantly evolving and the Services provided may be subject to change without prior notice.
    b.
    The Company shall not be responsible for any delay, inability, or failure to access the Ask Yogi Platform due to any cause, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government orders, labor unrest, malfunction of user hardware or software, interruption in internet service,loss or corruption of data, and unanticipated suspension or cessation of service.
  8. USER FEEDBACK
    a.
    We value your feedback and may offer various opportunities to interact and share your opinions and thoughts with us and others. However, by using our Platform and services, you acknowledge and agree not to publish any abusive, defamatory or disparaging remarks, comments or statements about our Platform and Company or its representatives, agents, or staff in any public forum. This includes disclosing any information that may damage the reputation of our Platform and services.
    b.
    We do not review, edit, or modify User Comments. However, we reserve the right to remove any User Comments for any reason. By sharing User Comments and accepting the terms of this Agreement, you acknowledge that we may make such deletions without notice to you, and such removal shall not be subject to review, appeal, or revocation.

    You hereby grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, transferrable, assignable and irrevocable worldwide right to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works based on, publicly perform, publicly display, make, have made, use, sell, offer to sell, import,and otherwise exploit any and all Feedback for any purposes, for all current and future methods and forms of exploitation.
  9. CODE OF CONDUCT
    You agree that you are responsible for your own conduct while using and accessing our Platformand for the incidental consequences thereof. You shall not do or attempt to do any of the following related to the Service, or Platform or any parts thereof:

    OUR PLATFORM EMPLOYS A TECHNOLOGICAL ALGORITHM AND USES THE PRINCIPLES OF PROBABILITY TO GENERATE PREDICTIONS. HOWEVER, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE ANY ACCURACY, RELEVANCE, OR COMPLETENESS OF THESE PREDICTIONS. USERS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN AND USE OUR PLATFORM AT THEIR OWN RISK, AND WE SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENCES THAT MAY ARISE FROM ITS USE.     These Terms shall continue to form a valid and binding contract between us and shall continue to be in full force and effect until you continue to access and use the Ask Yogi Platform.
    b.
    We reserve the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice and/or terminate your access to the Platform for any violations, including but not limited to frequent changes of personal information, use of abusive language, or engagement in fraudulent activities. In case of any discrepancies or legal issues, we may take immediate action to protect the integrity of our Platform and its Users.
    c.
    We reserve the right to unilaterally terminate your access to the website, or any portion thereof, at any time, without notice or cause, at our sole discretion in case of violation of the Terms.
    d.
    The company may provide notice and an opportunity to cure any alleged violations before terminating access at its sole discretion, except in cases of severe misconduct.
  18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
    Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Terms and Conditions of this Platform or the breach hereof shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any claim you have must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim arises. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding on the parties. The Cost of the Arbitration proceedings shall be governed by the AAA's rules and borne by both parties. The User agrees that if the Company is unable to resolve its disputes with the User, the Company has the right to terminate the Terms and Conditions with the User.
  19. FORCE MAJURE
    We will not be liable for damages resulting from any delay or failure with relation to our services caused by reasons beyond our control i.e., due to force majeure events including but not limited to acts of war, earthquake, pandemic, floods, tsunami, landslide, etc.
  20. SEVERABILITY
